Leticia was so very helpful throughout the whole process. It was my first citation and I was scared.. but with her responsiveness and updates I got through it and she helped me out a lot. She called me and updated me and walked me through the steps of what would be happening. (With very good explanation so I understood everything) and she answered all my questions.
