I want to thank Damon and Letty for talking care of a ticket I got. I went in to the office on monday Damon told me to ask for Letty she called and sent me a text the next day (Tuesday)and got my ticket down to a parking ticket and a fine to the court no traffic school no points on my driving record. Used Schuetze, McGaha, Turner & Ferris (Legal Ride) for a local traffic infraction. All communication was fast, efficient, and in a language that was clear for me to understand. Leticia was so very helpful throughout the whole process. It was my first citation and I was scared.. but with her responsiveness and updates I got through it and she helped me out a lot. She called me and updated me and walked me through the steps of what would be happening. (With very good explanation so I understood everything) and she answered all my questions.
